Project: Thomas the Tank Engine Torch

A fun torch for children designed around the ever popular character, Thomas the Tank Engine.

 

To retain full playability within the product, the design incorporated a novel reveal feature where-by the face pivots to activate the light.  This functioned using a spring mechanism and the inclusion of an automatic switch meant that the torch couldn't be left on permanently, thus extending battery life.
